Tarma's shipping rates are for continental US only. For international orders, please contact request an international order form from contact@tarmadesigns.com.

Tracking Your Order

Please provide your email address, Tarma will a send a confirmation of your order when it is shipped with the tracking number.

Georgia Sales Tax

Tarma collects state sales tax of 7% for order that are placed in Georgia. If you have any questions, please feel free to call Tarma at 707-992-0332 and we will be glad to help you.

Return Policy

Tarma will repair or replace, at its discretion, any broken or defective parts for one year from date of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Tarma product back to the manufacturer. Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any trackable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss en route to Tarma. We cannot be responsible for packages until they arrive at our location. If we made an error on your order or an item is found defective, please call us at 707-992-0332 Monday - Friday 8-5 EST. Tarma will pay all return shipping costs.

Return Policy

Tarma will refund purchased product purchased at www.tarmadesigns.com if returned in good condition within 30 days after purchase. Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and in presentable condition for resale. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Tarma product back to the manufacturer.

For the quickest service, please follow these instructions:

  • Print out this Return Form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return. (If you are unable to print this form please include a note with your name, return address and a day time phone number, what you are sending back, and why and if you would like to replace the item, have it repaired or credit your account).

  • We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance. Tarma will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
  • Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.
  • Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned.
  • If we are not able to repair an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on a note.

With any shipping promotions. Free shipping is for domestic (continental US) shipments only. If you need expedited shipping, it will not be free.
